Any Millet Sevai (cooked)

Steam cook the vermicelli. if you are using a ready made vermecelli, follow the pack instruction to cook it
Cut all the vegetables (except zucchini) into small cubes and fry it with little salt and chilly powder.
Take out the when its half cooked, add parmesan cheese & cooked vermicelli.
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the flesh inside of the zucchini.
Arrange the zucchini in a baking tray and fill the zucchini shells with the vegetable vermicelli mix and then top it with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until zucchini is tender & cheese is melted.
