Ingredients

For the Millet Flour Pizza Dough

* 1 Cup proso Millet Flour

* 1/2 Cup boiled sweet potatoes

* 1 Spoon olive oil

* 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning Powder

* 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

* 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

* 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

For the Toppings

* 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce

* 1 Cup Tri color bell pepper Slices

* 1/2 Cup Mushrooms sliced

* 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

* Fresh onions

* Fresh Spinach

* Fresh corns

* Little salt

* Chilli flakes

Instructions

* Add millet flour, sweet potatoes , baking powder, pepper powder, seasonings and salt in a bowl.

* Kneed as a soft dough

* Add oil and rest for 10 mins

* Preheat the oven for 350 F and take a baking pan grease with some oil pat the dough evenly like a round shape and apply some oil on top and bake for 10 -15 mins in the oven ( until lite crisp crust )

* Remove from oven put on your choice of toppings and cheese

* Bake for 12 -15 minutes at 425F.

* Enjoy the healthy gluten free pizza at home .
