Ingredients
– 90 g unsalted butter
– 200g ripe banana
– 30ml fresh or whipping cream
– 2 eggs
– Few drops of banana flavor
– 1 teaspoon Baking powder
– Cinnamon powder
– 150g millet flour 100g oil
– Sultans/ Raisins (Optional)

Method
i. Beat all the ingredients together until smooth.
ii. Throw in the sultans if available then fold them in the cake batter and bake in any shaped cake tin in 170°C until ready.
iii. Allow to cool then serve
