Procedure for making sorghum drink powder

  1. Roast the sorghum seeds in a pan until they are dark brown then cool.
  2. Grind to get very fine flour in a posho mill, mortar and pestle, hand mill or a grinding stone
  3. Store in a tightly covered jar.

Procedure for making sorghum drink

  1. Pour the milk and water in a sufuria and allow to boil.
  2. Make a paste from the flour with coal water and add to the boiled mixture as you stir for 5 mins.
  3. Sieve and add sugar to taste.
  4. Serve hot with a snack.
