-100g butter unsalted
– 100g sugar crystals
– 1 egg white
– ½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
– 100g peanut butter
– 300g millet flour
– ½ teaspoon baking powder

Method
i. Cream butter and sugar then add an egg
white plus peanut and beat well.
ii. Pour in the remaining dry ingredient and mix/ beat.
iii. Bake in 170°C until they are golden brown.
iv. Remove from oven and allow to cool down
