Ingredients

1 cup of cooked Foxtail Millet    

½ cup of boiled, peeled and mashed potato

Salt (as required)

2 Green chillies (finely chopped)

1 Onion (finely chopped)

Ginger (a small piece finely chopped)

Coriander leaves

Method

Mix all the above ingredients well with a spoon or hand and press them as patties.

Just grease the pan with Olive Oil or any preferred cooking oil

Shallow fry the patties on both sides.

Serve hot with fresh mint/fresh tomato chutney or Sauce
