Foxtail Millet semolina – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 3 cups
Almonds – 3 – 4 nos
Coconut powder 1 tablespoon
Roast one cup of foxtail millet semon with ghee. In another pan take one cup sugar and three cups of water and boil it.
Once boiled,add this sugar water to millets very slowly and keep stirring it.
Add thinly sliced almonds to it.You can also add coconut powder to it.Keep stirring n your millet halwa is ready.Garnish it with almonds n coconut powder.Serve hot.
