  • Preparation of fruit beverages, jam and jelly
  • Production of fancy cakes and cookies
  • Value addition of traditional millets and rice
  • Techniques for fermented food products
  • Domestic level storage and pest management for grains and flour
  1. Demonstration on detection of common food adulterants
  2. Demonstration on food safety and Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) on food processing
  3. Awareness on functional foods and nutraceuticals and exhibition on innovative nutritive food products
