Pearl Millet Milk Paste (Kinaa In Kikamba)

Ingredients:

1ltr of fermented milk or mala

1 cup of roasted pearl millet (250g)

Sugar to taste (optional)

Yield 4 cups

Procedure:

  1. Pour the fermented milk in a clean jug.
  2. Add the flour and stir vigorously to the desired constituency.
  3. Serve cold.
