Delivering food from the sustainable sourcing of native grains and seasonal local ingredients, Soul Pantry – the new bespoke eatery at Andaz Delhi – will give its customers an opportunity to indulge in nutritional flatbreads. Paired with locally sourced toppings such as avocado, burrata, and chickpeas, the flatbreads are available in three sizes with guests given the luxury to choose their dough from an array of option of healthy grains from around the country – amaranth (Uttarakhand), finger millet or ragi (Tamil Nadu), buckwheat (Arunachal Pradesh), barley (Ladakh), and gluten-free rice. 

This out-of-the-box destination also specialises in healthy bowls, fruits and yoghurt-based beverages, and an extraordinary coffee programme. A few particular highlights from its colourful menu are the fresh buratta, avocado humus with crispy chickpea and fresh mint & sumac, and pork belly and barbecue sauce. Do make sure to get your hands on these lip-smacking dishes. If you have a sweet tooth, fret not. Soul Pantry has a special treat with you providing a glamorous range of Dessert Flatbreads to satisfy your sugar cravings. The dessert flatbreads can be topped with banana, chocolate, baked yogurt & sweet apple.
