– ½ cabbage
– 2 tbsp Sorghum
– ½ Slice onion
– 50g butter
– ½ green apple
– ½ tsp Turmeric powder
– ¼ tsp salt
– A pinch black pepper
i.Mix all the dry ingredients together the mix with water.
ii. Knead until the dough is smooth and fine then cut into small balls then
iii. Mould into a thin shell and bake in 160°C oven for 25mins or until crispy
Millet shell Ingredients
– 1 cup millet flour
– ¼ cup whole wheat flour
– Pinch of salt
– 50ml water
i. Boil sorghum until soft then set aside.
ii. Heat butter and sauté all the vegetables together then add the boiled sorghum, Add seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes.
iii. Serve the vegetables into the millet shell.
